The Afterburners are semi-fish shapes with just enough width and thickness to increase glide and paddling speed significantly, without surfing flat like a standard fish. The slightly lower rocker compliments the width and thickness increases, and gives the “on rail” drive to better harness the speed and manoeuverability of the loose planshape. The slight single concave at the front foot, with the softer rail, gives lift and speed with total forgiveness. The deeper double concave that runs out through the tail creates the grip, which gives the design more range than a standard fish.
