2008 NEW FEATURES

• 1) The 2008 sails have a slightly flatter and more draft-forward profile.
• 2) They have a more balanced feeling with less back-hand pressure.
•  3) The 2008 sails rig similar to the '07s, but they are less outhaulsensitive. They have a huge outhaul range: use 7 to 8 cm of positive outhaul for strong wind and 3 to 4 cm of outhaul for light wind.
•  4) The 08's have the removable tack pulley that can be replaced with a D-ring for people who want to use a pulley hook.
•   5) The bigger sizes for '08 are now 6.3 (fits on a 430) and 6.9. They are now 5 batten instead of 6 batten. The new profile is so stable that it allowed us to remove one batten, as a result the bigger sails feel much lighter.

The 2008 SE's exceptionally smooth ride makes wave riding and jibing a true dream.

The SE is built with Ezzy's exclusive Spectra X-Film and contains no monfilm. And yet, the SE is lighter than most monofilm wave sails. Spectra X-Film UV treated to last 3 times as long in the sun as conventional monofilm.

David Ezzy has spent extensive time scaling how the sails feel from big to small sizes. His goal is to make all the sizes feel like a 4.7 or 5.0. The 2008 sails are designed so that larger sails have a leech profile that makes them stiffer and the smaller sails have a leech profile that makes them softer.

The SE is designed for ALL sailing conditions, including onshore/offshore wave sailing and flat water freeride and freestyle.
