The 2007 Freeride is the latest adition to the Ezzy quiver of sails.
Design and Construction:
The 2007 Ezzy Freeride has the forward, deep-draft profile of our 2007 Ezzy Wave SE. The Freeride feels locked-in on the reaches and de-powers on the fly for jibes and maneuvers. With the addition of an extra batten below the boom, the Freeride has increased power and stability. The materials and construction of the Freeride are tough, made with our Spectra X-film throughout and all seams are double taped and double sewn. The Freeride contains no monofilm and is designed to last for years.
On the water:
The deep, forward-draft gives the Freeride a very comfy and stable ride.
It de-powers nicely in the jibes.
The draft stays very stable.
The foot rakes nicely on the board for speed, but also works great for bump'n'jump sailing.
Features:
Brand new Ezzy designed downhaul pulley built in to sail
Unbreakable Solid Hand Tapered RBS Epoxy battens
Upper leach is reinforced with adhesive-backed, woven polyester
Three-ply reinforcement on the leech of the sail
