Price Match Policy

Best Price Guarantee: Surf Sail Australia's price guarantee applies to any cheaper price found for exactly the same product (exact sku/colour/size/style) on an online store or in a physical store in Australia. It applies where the other store's final price of a stocked item, inclusive of delivery, taxes, fees and charges, is lower than our price and we have the item in stock.  We guarantee to match the cheaper price. 

What are the exclusions?

• Offers not available to the general public - including trade, special event, club or membership offers.
• Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display products.
• Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites.
• Products supplied through unauthorised distributors (known as 'grey market' items) or delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor operating a B2C distribution centre in Australia
• Pricing errors.
• Products with pricing set significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value
• Stock liquidations, sale items, promotion codes, products in a package deal or products advertised but not stocked
• Any West Systems branded products.

For instore price match requests we require 24 hours notice to verify the competitors price and availability.
